2-minute Caesar Salad Dressing
This is the easiest, homemade 2-minute Caesar salad dressing that can be made fresh before serving.
Ingredients
2 garlic cloves
1½ t anchovy paste
1 t Worcestershire sauce
¼ C parmigiano-reggiano cheese
3 T lemon juice
2 egg yolks
1 t course grain dijon mustard
½ C canola or vegetable oil
2 T mayonnaise
½ t salt
¼ t fresh ground black pepper
Procedure
Place all the ingredients in a mason jar and using an immersion stick blender, just blend the ingredients together until the dressing emulsifies.
Alternately, you can add all the ingredients, except the oil into a blender and with the blender running, pour the oil in for the dressing to emulsify.
