Chicken Broccoli Cordon Bleu

From the National Enquirer, very easy, but turns out well

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

4 slices of ham

4 slices of swiss cheese

2 T oil

1 10oz can of cream of broccoli soup, condensed

1/2 C milk

1/4 C green onion, minced

1/8 t thyme, chopped

Procedure

Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thick

Roll a slice of ham and cheese in chicken, secure with wooden toothpick

In hot oiled skillet, brown chicken

Remove fat from pan, stir in soup, milk, onion, and thyme

Reduce heat and cover

Simmer until tender, 10 minutes

Garnish with parsley
