Chocolate Chip Cookies |
Ingredients |
3/4 cup butter or margarine |
1/4 cup shortening (med. fat spread) |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 t vanilla extract |
2 1/4 cup cake flour |
1 t baking soda |
1/4 t salt |
1 pack chocolate chips |
Procedure |
Cream butter and shortening, gradually add sugars, add eggs, vanilla. |
Beat well. |
Combine flour, soda and salt, add to creamed mixture. |
Add chips and mix. |
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet and bake in oven at 350°F 180°C for 10 - 12 minutes. |
