Chocolate Chip Cookies
 
Ingredients
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup shortening (med. fat spread)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla extract
2 1/4 cup cake flour
1 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1 pack chocolate chips
 
Procedure
Cream butter and shortening, gradually add sugars, add eggs, vanilla.
Beat well.
Combine flour, soda and salt, add to creamed mixture.
Add chips and mix.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet and bake in oven at 350°F 180°C for 10 - 12 minutes.
