Ingredients |
2 Lb Flank Steak |
Refried Beans |
Guacamole |
Corn Tortillas |
Marinade |
1/4 c. olive oil |
1/4 c. vegetable oil |
1/4 c. lemon juice |
2 Tbsp. lime juice |
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce |
2 tsp. salt |
1/4 tsp. garlic powder |
1/4 tsp. black pepper |
Procedure |
Combine ingredients for marinade. |
Marinate flank steak in refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours. |
Grill the flank steak. |
Slice in thin slices across the grain. |
Place several slices on a corn tortilla with guacamole or refried beans. |
Yield: 6 servings |
