Peanut Butter Cookies

t can't get any easier that this

Ingredients

1 C peanut butter

¼ C butter, softened

1 C sugar

½ C water, boiling

2 C bisquick

Procedure

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, sugar and water. Blend well. 

Stir in Bisquick.

Drop on greased sheet pan. Flatten with fork.

Bake at 400°F for 6-8 minutes. Rack cool.

Store in air tight container.

Yields 3 dozen
