Ingredients |
1 T Vegetable Oil |
1 Onion, chopped fine |
2 C Tomato Sauce |
1C Red Wine Vinegar |
1 T Garlic Powder |
1/4 t Ground Pepper |
1/4 t Cayenne Pepper |
1/4 t Sweet Paprika |
1 T Salt |
1/2 C Dark Brown Sugar |
2 T Worcestershire Sauce |
Procedure |
In a non reactive sauce pan, warm the oil over medium heat. |
Add Onion and cook to lightly brown. 5 - 10 Minutes |
Stir in all remaining sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. |
Reduce heat and bring to a simmer, uncovered, for about 45 minutes |
Makes 3/4 Cups. |
Keep in Cool Place. |
