Hydrangea macrophylia ‘Endless Summer Twist n Shout’

Twist-n-Shout hydrangeas, Hydrangea macrophylla "Twist-n-Shout," are part of the recently developed "Endless Summer" varieties. These hydrangeas perform well in a range of soil pH. Twist-n-Shout is a big leaf, lacecap hydrangea. Each flower cluster has a lacy center of tiny, fertile budlike flowers surrounded by a rim of larger, non-fertile flowers, each with four petals. The flower clusters are long-lasting on the bush or as cut flowers. Twist-n-Shout plants have striking red stems, and in the fall the leaves turn to a deep burgundy.

Feed: 10-10-10; lightly, in early spring and twice during Summer

Prune: Remove all flowers after August 1st, remove dead wood in Early Spring.
