Pizza Dough
 
Ingredients
2 t Ative Dry Yeast  
1 C Water - warm (105F - 115F) 
2 1/2 C Flour
1 t Sugar
1 t Salt
2 T Olive Oil
 
Procedure
Disolve Yeast, Sugar, and Olive Oil in Water. Sit until foamy.
Add Flour and Salt and mix well. Rest 5 minutes.
Roll dough into ball and need until smooth.
Place dough is Oil coated large bowl, cover with plasttic wrap and let rize in warm spot. About 45 minutes.
Cut in two. Lightly dust with flour. Roll on Corn Meal covered peel with pin.
Top with Jennifer's Sauce and what ever you desire.
Bake in hottest oven possible.
