Pizza Dough |
Ingredients |
2 t Ative Dry Yeast |
1 C Water - warm (105F - 115F) |
2 1/2 C Flour |
1 t Sugar |
1 t Salt |
2 T Olive Oil |
Procedure |
Disolve Yeast, Sugar, and Olive Oil in Water. Sit until foamy. |
Add Flour and Salt and mix well. Rest 5 minutes. |
Roll dough into ball and need until smooth. |
Place dough is Oil coated large bowl, cover with plasttic wrap and let rize in warm spot. About 45 minutes. |
Cut in two. Lightly dust with flour. Roll on Corn Meal covered peel with pin. |
Top with Jennifer's Sauce and what ever you desire. |
Bake in hottest oven possible. |
